The Mayfield Go Club regularly meets on Wednesday nights starting around 7:30 at Antonio’s Nut House in Palo Alto. We often sit towards the back near the pool tables and are pretty obvious with our gobans and gear. We never turn away someone who asks a question about what we are doing (or wishes to learn) and have met several players of the game who occasionally stop by. No need to bring your own equipment, unless of course you want to.
